STEM Outreach Videos

Tillman Elementary School is excited about our new STEM Outreach program, part of a broader initiative around science, technology, math, and engineering.  Our goal with STEM Outreach is to inspire curiosity and excitement about science among our students while also providing real life examples about how science and math are part of our daily lives.  We’re reaching out to you and others in our community to participate in this project, inviting individuals from all walks of life to record a short video (between 30 seconds and three minutes) that highlights how science is used in their work and/or daily lives.

The goal is simple: to show students that science isn’t just something they learn about in school.  We want students to understand that science is all around us, in ways big and small, impacting everything we do. Whether it’s through your job, hobbies, or daily routines, we’d love for you to share how science touches your life.
